Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ZoomFlow ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
ZoomFlow is a mobile application that allows users to create zoom transition videos from photos. The app enables you to:
- Import photos from your device's photo library
- Capture new photos using your device's camera
- Arrange photos in sequences
- Add zoom transitions between images
- Preview and export videos to your photo library
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control.
User Responsibilities
When using ZoomFlow, you agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Not use the app to create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Not use the app to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Ensure you have the rights to any photos you use in the app
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided photos), is owned by ZoomFlow and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our express written permission.
You retain all rights to the photos you import and the videos you create using the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The app will meet your specific requirements
- The app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the app will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZOOMFLOW, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZoomFlow and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
App Store Terms
Your use of the app is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
