You may use the App in Guest Mode with limited functionality. Guest Mode uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. If you choose to create an account later, your guest data will be linked to your new account. If you do not create an account, guest data may be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity.

7. AI Data Processing

ClientVault AI uses Google Gemini (provided by Google LLC) to analyze user-submitted content including notes, transcripts, uploaded files, and audio recordings. This processing enables features such as AI-generated summaries, action items, and insights.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual clients, meetings, and uploaded content at any time within the App. To delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us at admin@mbas-concepts.com.
