What is ClientVault AI?

ClientVault AI is an AI-powered client management app designed for consultants, freelancers, and professionals. It helps you manage client relationships, record and transcribe meetings, and generate AI-powered summaries, insights, and action items.

How does the free trial work?

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial managed through Apple's App Store. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel:

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap Subscriptions
• Find ClientVault AI and tap it
• Tap Cancel Subscription

Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, your account and data remain intact. You'll be downgraded to the free plan with limited storage and client capacity. You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full access.

How is my data secured?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Google Firebase's security infrastructure. We enforce strict access rules — only you can read, write, and delete your own data. We never sell or share your information.

What AI features are available?

ClientVault AI uses Google's Gemini AI to provide:

• Meeting Transcription: Convert audio recordings to text
• AI Summaries: Concise summaries of meetings and uploaded content
• Key Insights: Important observations and patterns from your meetings
• Action Items: Automatically extracted to-dos and follow-ups

Can I use the app without a subscription?

Yes. The free plan allows you to manage up to 5 clients with 500 MB of storage and 5 AI analyses per month. You can also try the app as a Guest without creating an account.

How do I delete my account?

To request complete account deletion, including all associated data, please email us at admin@mbas-concepts.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

Which devices are supported?

ClientVault AI is currently available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later.
