Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClientVault AI mobile application ("App") operated by MBAS Concepts ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClientVault AI, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ClientVault AI is an AI-powered client management application that provides:

• Client relationship management and organization
• Meeting recording and audio file upload
• AI-powered transcription, summaries, insights, and action items
• Calendar and scheduling features
• Secure cloud storage for client data and files

3. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You may also use the App in Guest Mode with limited functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• ClientVault AI offers free and paid subscription plans.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's in-app purchase system.
• All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple per their refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to store or process data in violation of applicable laws
• Share your account credentials with others
• Abuse the free trial by creating multiple accounts

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the App, including client information, meeting recordings, and uploaded files. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the App's services (including AI processing). We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. AI Features

AI-powered features (transcription, summaries, insights, action items) are provided "as is" and may not be 100% accurate. You should review and verify all AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions. We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated output.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by MBAS Concepts. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBAS Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at admin@mbas-concepts.com.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MBAS Concepts operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
